Is there a nice barber shop in this area, like a boardroom in the woodlands or roosters in Pasadena? I found some really shady places in Clear Lake but am looking for nicer place that offers traditional hot shaves etc.

Carlos beer garden is a legendary ice house in clear lake on SH 3 just south of Nasa 1. It is a good place to have a beer and they have good burgers and crawfish.
They also happen to have a babrber shop connected to it. It is not fancy, but I figured you would have heard about Carlos beer garden.
