DVR on one of our boxes has stopped working completely. I want to just take it to a store and trade it in. Anyone know where I can do this on the NW side? I live in Cypress, work at BW8 and Katy Freeway.

Thanks - but that map seems to be geocoded poorly. Is the West Todwell location in the Wal-Mart shopping center north of 290? Does anyone on here know?

Can I just walk in with the box and exchange it? Or do I have to go through customer support hell on the phone first?

Add long as it isn't a X1 box our whatever it us called you should be fine. I made that mistake once.

Its in the Party City shopping center (the building just to the left of the label).

I think you can just walk in and they'll switch it out. In the past, I have called before and the resolution was for them to bring me a new box or me to go get a new one.

I've been to the west tidwell location. it is too the far right of Wal-Mart in a separate building. it is really close to tidwell. the two times I've been there, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
