I'm looking to buy a Maroon pair of shoes for the game on saturday and haven't had much luck finding anything. I've tried Sports Authority and didn't see anything. Anybody have any shoe stores that you suggest I try?

Apparently Adidas has some that are the ones the coaches wear. There are also maroon Air Force Ones.

Should have got in on the Premium thread when everyone was buying the shoes from Vivroux Sports and MonkeySports. They have since ran out of the maroon adizero shoes that the team is also wearing.

No. Just some regular Adidas Campus. I found some in maroon at the Adidas Store in the Galleria last year. Didn't have my size, though.

I found some great looking nike lunarfly trail 2 in a perfect maroon at Sport Authority on Clearance, but nothing in my size. The SA in pearland if anyone is a size 10 or smaller.

I have these men's 12W Adidas Supernovas for sale for $40. I bought them for $110 and have worn them twice.

txaggie, what style of Adidas are those?

Go to Zappo's/Men's sneakers...then instead of narrowing your search too much, go down to "color" and choose "burgundy". For more choices add "red" or any other maroon-related color you see. You should get to sift through a hundred or more shoes. I found maybe 6 possible options. I bought Puma "G. Vilas" tennis shoes. They are actually white/maroon, very white but the stripe and sole are definitely true maroon. Saw an "Asics" and a couple of other possibilities, but no Adidas coaches maroons.

Zappo's rocks, btw. Try it! Maroon tennies are a real ***** these days. Guess why.

I had these ordered from a store in San Antonio that stopped taking personal orders back in August. There were other Texaggers ordering them from a store in California that also no longer has them.

Most shoe companies use the fancy name bordeaux when describing a shoe color.

So just google image search: brand bordeaux to see some maroon shoes

ex: Nike bordeaux, Adias bordeaux, New Balance, bordeaux, ect..
