Anyone know a decent Tine butcher that will cut tomahawks? Saw them when passing through Hillje at Praseks a while back, but for about $50/per.

I figure ill get bent over at a place like Petes Fine Meats, anyone got any recs. Otherwise im just gonna pick up some nice steaks at Central Market as usual, Tomahawks would be purely for the hell of it presentation wise and thicker cut. Im sure i could just get some nice bone-in ribeyes without the bone extension easier.

What about Revival Market in the Heights? I've never been so I can't comment on the selection or pricing...just knew it was out there as an alternative.

Lax would probably tomahawk your meat and give you a bone extension.

Unfortunately you're going to get raked over the coals on this item as there aren't many suppliers producing it and it being more of a specialty item. Actually, Prasek's has about the best price on that item. We produce this where I work and we charge approx. $12/lb for CAB (Certified Angus Beef).
I think Beldon's is carrying for a decent price.

Have you considered opting for the traditional fork and knive?
