It's been almost a year since I was at a show in the hobby center, and I have forgotten what the view is like from the orchestra closest to the stage. I am about to pick up tickets for Wicked, Row D seats 1 and 2, right orchestra. Does anyone have any idea as to if this view will be TOO close/TOO far off to the right?

I've never sat that far up but I would think it would be hard to see, especially if you or your date is short.

I've sat in both the mezzanine and the gallery at the Hobby Center, but never in the orchestra section. Between the mezzanine and the gallery, I would pick low on the gallery before the mezzanine. While the overhang doesn't block your view on the mezzanine, it definitely made me feel "closed" in. It's a personal preference, but I like having the ceiling above me open.

And yes, I realize my post did nothing to address the question in your OP. Just wanted to through the info out there.
