Anyone lived here/knows someone who has? Looking at signing a lease. Any information or experiences with the complex would be appreciated.

A friend of mine lived there a few years back and liked it a lot! It's been suggested on here several times, so I'm sure you'll get more positive feedback shortly.

Looked at the place. Seems like most of the apartments are dated. White cabinets, white appliances, white countertops, white walls. For the price they were offering me, I expected something a little more up to date. Although they were updating some of their units. I live in Broadstone Memorial just down the road on Eldridge, and I like it. The apartments are more recent construction with laminate wood floors in living/kitchen, granite counters, and stainless appliances.

Yea, I took a look at it, and that was the case. The rate they were giving me was in the 600s, which is where I'd like to be. I'm only leasing until December, so I'm looking for something pretty cheap as long as it is safe. I'm just concerned about safety and the management, so I was wondering people's experience with that.

Look into The Lexington Apartments too. I'm not sure how they are now, but I lived there and had a good experience several years ago.

I currently live there. I have had no problems with the community. I would say there were a series of break ins for a couple of months but the apartment complex hired some security guards and police did regular drive bys and the crime seemed to stop. I would recommend the apartments for a quite and decently priced place to live.

Thanks thaed137. I had read stuff about breakins, so I was a little concerned. But looking at it and the surrounding area, it seemed like it would be pretty safe. Thanks for the feedback. It looked like it would be a good fit for me, so I'm probably gonna sign a lease shortly.
