Going to visit beach house in Jamaca Beach tomorrow for the first time and am wondering if anybody has suggestions on the best way to go from Sugar Land.

Highway 6 South is the fastest way to go, PERIOD.

The only people that say otherwise (about 59-toll-45) are ADD and cant stand at sitting at lights.

I travel back and fourth weekly and its the fastest if you live off HWY 6. I live in First Colony, so Im right there.

From the place in midtown, though- it takes 45 minutes to get there on 45! So nice...

depends on what time of day it is. I drove down there late last week and the lights were off and they were only stop signs and it took about 10 minutes off the trip because there was no traffic and I basically rolled them and went on my way again.
