Ok, I've decided to stop being a fat slob and get into decent shape. Not looking to try and win Mr Universe competitions, but it's time I get to work.
Some background.
45 y/o, Divorced 18 months ago, and it's hit me hard. I went from 205 to 230, and at 6'1" and not playing LB for the Ags, it's a soft 230. I travel and host dinners/HH's, etc a lot for work, so need to navigate that. I have a membership to a gym, but really just looking for someone to give me some workout routines and meal planning that will help me get the weight off and feel better. I need some accountability, hoping someone can suggest a trainer that I could work with.
Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
