Building a Westlake style community south of Benbrook. It's pretty much situated between Whitestone Ranch and Bella Crossing. Been seeing them move dirt the past couple of months and decided to do some digging.

This is about a mile south of my office. Big things coming to this area as a whole. I'm surprised they'd go all in on a development like this with Tiger's Blue Jack course and community going in nearby.

The article is kinda light on details, but appears this is still just inside FWISD boundaries, not Aledo.

Guess a development like this is so nice that they figure kids would go to private schools anyway.

Kinda funny too as my wife's grandparents used to live in a doublewide out that way once upon a time. When we went to visit, the grandmother would splurge with a bunch of Tony's pizzas - a real delicacy for them.
