I recently bought a house near the M Streets in Dallas and I'm looking any recommendations for pest control, specifically insects and rodents. I don't have any issues (yet), but I want to get somebody lined up on a monthly basis that is quality and reasonably priced. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I used to have a great company that came out. Eventually they were bought out and prices went way up. I started buying Ortho Home Defense and spraying myself. It's easy, it works very well, and it's way cheaper.

I haven't had any rodent issues fortunately. That would probably require a different solution.

I use this guy. Single person operation, and he is very nice and thorough.

He did pest control for the Army in Afghanistan and has cool stories.
