My dad owns a small business and needs the assistance of an attorney because his business partner passed away. It was not unexpected but there are some matters that he needs to have reviewed by someone with experience. It is a machine shop in Garland and is a Texas corporation. John Wilcox is also good. Former big law attorneys. Helped my BIL navigate the purchase of a small business and did a fantastic job. A little pricy but worth it. They know their stuff.
