Going to Phil Wickham/Brandon Lake Sunday evening. Do you need to reserve yellow lot parking ahead of time and give $10 to Ticketmaster (on top of the parking fee)? Suggestions appreciated!

There is plenty of parking all around the arena. I think it's usually $20.

I am planning to see a sold out show at Dickies in the near future and was hoping to get recommendations on alternative parking (or at least the best onsite lot). The last time I went to a big show there, we spent over an hour in the parking lot waiting to get out. I'd be fine with walking somewhere nearby if that has me captive in a parking lot for an hour after the show.

A bit of a pain in the ass, but you could always just park in the Chapel Hill shopping center parking lot (Mi Cocina, Container Store, Central Market, etc...) and take a $7 uber. Only about 5 minutes away, and it's a big enough shopping center that you aren't going to get towed.

I've walked from Railhead and my car was still there when I got back, but a bit more of a risk doing that.

Thanks for the reply on that. I'm normally good with Uber, but I think we might get hit by surge pricing and possibly get stuck in the same traffic. I have heard some additional suggestions that would be a 15 minute walk away:

Farrington Field (FWISD stadium with free parking)

UNT Health Science Center (free? parking after 5 and weekends)

West 7th (eat or buy something to get parking validated)

These are better options than the Uber deal. Also, look at the small lot across from Hotel Dryce. Cool bar BTW. The neighborhood across the street from Dickie's has permit signs so be careful there.

Used to live over there. You could park in the neighborhoods if you're willing to walk. The streets right across the arena do have some kind of permit parking in place. Further south, like towards El Campo or the church, I believe it is still unregulated. It's really not that far of a walk, either, especially with fair weather. Bonus: You can also stop by the Bull & Bush on the way back to your car.

Does Christ Chapel allow parking? Looks like a few folks were parked there for PJ on Wednesday night. That's not a bad walk. Honestly the parking on the grounds is plenty sufficient.

Farrington field ftw. They were charging $15 in the main lot on the far (east) side of the stadium, but the closer (south) lot was open, unmarked, and free. It was a quick 10 minute walk, and traffic leaving East on Lancaster was not bad at all.

We've always parked at the Farrington stadium and walked.

This is typically what we do post-event. Have a beer at Bull and Bush and wait for uber pricing to become reasonable
