Anyone else listened to this? I am about half way through and it is pretty interesting. Nothing those of us that live here don't know, but interesting that the rest of the country is figuring it out.

enjoyed it, part 2 is where they really get to the meat of what's happening. They didn't quite directly address how Dallas' abundance of ranchland makes it easy to convert that into other developments for cities (that's the big x-factor), but it was still a good listen for both parts.
