After an adventurous bounce around the NFL, where I obtained a Masters in relocation and logistical services, a knee injury landed Chris in early retirement. A few months later, opportunity struck and we began our journey in the wholesale seafood industry.

Fast forward a few kids and we realized that we were in the seafood business, yet we weren't eating seafood because it just wasn't convenient enough. So, in an attempt to clean up my diet after baby #2 arrived, I asked Chris to start portioning and vacuum freezing fish from the warehouse so that we could have seafood proteins on hand any night of the week.



After a few months of seafood for dinner and a few mentions to my best friend, Emily, we quickly got her family hooked on the convenience and quality of our products. And after a nudge from Emily to make this available to more families, the serial entrepreneur lurking inside of our brains spawned the idea for Fish Fixe.

This is an excellent service. The seafood it fresh and delicious. The portions sizes are perfect and there are easy to prepare instructions. I highly recommend this service. We had a wonderful lobster salad last night that took about 15 mins. to prepare since the lobster was perfectly precooked.

Just bought 16 servings for my parents and plan on making it a every 2 month purchase!

Is there any way to sub a different crab cake in the Gift Pack? My parents can't eat jalapenos, but would love a different type of crab cake.
