I'm looking to source a gator to smoke for our upcoming game against Florida. Anyone know where I could purchase a skinned gator in or around Plano?

Intrinsic in Garland did a whole gator dinner a while back. Owner said he sourced them thru Mardi Gras Crawfish LLC. They've got a Facebook page.

This is a really cool suggestion but I'm not sure I have the means to keep the gator meat fresh and whole for two weeks. But otherwise that is damn tempting!
