Just found out this evening that an outside spigot of ours is leaking badly. Pier and beam 1950s with spigot not in the brick veneer but in the ground.

Thoughts on plumbers I can have out in the morning? Yes it's a light trickle, but I'll cut the water off after showers tonight.

Fix was done that day. Actually contacted the contractor who we have scheduled to do some kitchen work and he sent a crew over immediately.

Update for anyone interested.

I used Bestway Plumbing for a lot of little repairs and he did a great job. He was a little slow to get out sometimes, but seemed like a good guy and did quality work.

However, he noticed that our water heater had some issues and recommended a replacement. Without thinking anything was amiss I put down a $2500 deposit. Three months later he's given me nothing but reasons why he can't come and even though committed to a refund, I haven't seen a dime back.

If I ever see that deposit back, I'll be sure to update that here but disappointing nonetheless.

I would call Mai if you really need a new one.
