Curious to know if any of y'all live in the Lilyana or Parkside neighborhoods in Prosper? I know Lilyana is split between Prosper and Celina but still.

Lilyana is celina so it has a PID vs. Parkside being Prosper and no PID or MUD.

Mustang Lakes is better than both though, and is less than 1 mile from Lilyana east on frontier parkway.

Mustang Lakes is PID also correct? Isn't all of that included in taxes? We will take a drive through this weekend. Looking st building with American Legend so we will have to check it out

We built with American Legend here in Lilyanna and moved in about 3 months ago.

PID in Lilyana and Mustang Lakes, yes. Lilyana is a little more affordable. Parkside is gated, very nice, and the most expensive option. American Legend is a very good builder. I've worked with them a lot as a Buyer's Agent...in my top 3 builders for sure if I were going to build for myself. I've lived in Prosper for 8 years and we love it here.
