How long do you want to ignore this user?
Do y'all remember this case? About 3.5 years ago, this girl went missing from the Shops at Legacy in Plano and they had no clue where she went. The family never stopped looking for her but they finally found the body yesterday in Anna. Such a sad story

They knew she went into Enrique Arochi's trunk. Hopefully now they can pin the murder to him and not just aggravated kidnapping.

He got life. Couldn't try for murder. Could re-trial and go for death.

I don't know what is more awful.

Knowing she is dead or thinking she was in sex trade somewhere.

Poor family.

Not that he didn't deserve it, but how did he get life for kidnapping when the only real evidence was that they found DNA in his trunk.

Aggravated kidnapping carries a penalty of up to life in prison. When the victim never resurfaces you can make assumptions about what happened, none of it good.

I followed this pretty closely and the evidence was mostly circumstantial. He's already appealing the conviction so trying him for murder and getting the conviction would be insurance against him winning the agg. kidnapping appeal.
