Not sure if this has been discussed here or if anyone posting here is thin the real estate development community and could verify. These developers seem to be pimping out the idea that HEB is coming.

Developer Website

I recently read an article (can't find it) that HEB has purchased several tracts in the DFW area through partners and subsidiaries and may or may not develop them. In some cases, they could actually sell to competitors simply because it won't meet their specifications (demographics, access, competition, etc.). I've heard a few folks throw out the idea that this is going to be an Aldi.

Anyone hear anything? I'd love for HEB to be that close...but I'm not holding out hope.

Could be Central Market.

I live a couple miles from this corner. It will not be an Aldi for sure because they are already building one a mile or so east of there. Everything I'm hearing says it's truly going to be a HEB

That is awesome! If it's truly going to be an HEB (and not a Central Market) this has flown way under the radar. I'm in Flower Mound Dixon and 2499. I'll take HEB over Walmart, Target, Tom Thumb, Kroger, etc. any day!

Mother of God. That location is about 3 miles from my house. Will be watching this with great interest.

They are building a grocery store, according to the sign placed on the property, at the end of Bryant Irvin Rd in SW Fort Worth.
Really hoping it's an HEB.

HEB started buying land (one tract a month) in late 2013 and it continued to early this year. Should be several new HEB's in the area by this time next year.
