We have Stream and I guess the service is okay, but our on line banking system sucks, so I like to go direct to the company to pay my bills, and they charge $2.95 if you go to their website to pay. Our bank mailed them a check, rather than pay by electronic transfer, and it took them so long to post the payment, that I had received a disconnect notice and gone to their website and paid $2.95 to pay them a 2nd time. The check had cleared my bank well over a week before they posted it to my account. So, mailing my payment in is also not an option.
Our contract with Stream is up next week and we will be changing just because of their bill paying system.
