Malaga is awesome. One of our go-to's.

If patina green is doing market dinner on that night it is hard to beat. Harvest is also a newer restaurant that's a "farm to table" idea, excellent as well.

Rick's for good steak
Harvest for somewhat unique local food (owned by same owner of Rick's) It's a farm-to-table style restaurant.
Square Burger is our go to for great selection of beer and pretty good burgers (sweet potato fries are the best I've ever had) sitting at the bar is the best part though
Cafe Malaga for great patio, decent drinks and decent food
Cadillac Pizza Pub for FANTASTIC pizza and pretty good beer. Has live music after 8 on Thursday, Friday, Sat.
The Pub for good beer and bar atmosphere. Terrible food though.
Churchills for a great British style pub. Upstairs has pool and darts. Also terrible food.
Bien Salsa for overpriced mexican (central mexican) that is pretty good.

Square Burger and Cadillac are two of my favorites. Rick's and Harvest are up there too but a little higher priced.

Gregory's is also really good, and BYOB. You need reservations because it is a very small restaurant. Stop in the McKinney Wine Merchant (the owner is a great guy) and pick up your wine there.

Forgot about Gregory's. Great stuff. Get a reservation at least a week ahead though. Probably our go to to impress out of towners.

IMO the Pub has better burgers than Square Burger. Pub is owned by Rick as well.

Gregory's has some damn good food. It's tiny and awesome.

The Pub is owned by Gabe and Kelly who also own Fillmore Pub and Cold Beer company. Really good guys that I have dealt with for a number of years in my business.

Harvest is pretty good
