DFW Ags-

I am posting this for my mother who is currently working for a very successful CPA doing property tax protest work the following counties:

-Dallas County
-Collin County
-Tarrant County
-Denton County
-Harris County
-Bexar County
-Travis County

It is a free up front service and it is her second year to do this so I wanted to offer my assistance and see if some fellow ags could benefit from this. See below...

Please email her at blough@texastaxprotest.com if interested.

Lower Your Property Taxes for 2012!
Why this is the year to protest:

Home values have appeared to bottom out. Use homes in your area that have sold at a discount as evidence to reduce your property taxes. It's time to reduce your property's taxable value before it's too late ...

A Texas law now permits foreclosures to support a reduction in your value. You can use foreclosures as evidence to your property’s assessed value. This is your chance to save!

Protesting is likely to benefit you for 3 years. That means a savings in 2012 would continue into 2012 and 2013.

The declining economy is a determining factor in reducing your property taxes. 2012 may be the last chance to use this strategy to reduce your taxable value!

Tax rates are expected to increase in 2012 to make up budget shortfalls; do you want to pay even more?

Remember, the deadline to file a protest is a May 31st, 2012.

Its a great deal, much of our family and friends got in on it for 2011 and quite a few of the returns were quite ludicrous. Again, no hard feelings if this is not something you are interested in, but there is no up front cost and you really have nothing to lose.

Thanks!

Some feed back.. due to the amount of responses they are considering expanding counties from the current list. Keep them coming, I am not sure what sort of volume they are looking for to approve the expansion but they are amazed at the interest from the site!

Keep it up!
