I saw something like that in the book at Texas Star Bakery in Hurst. We were really happy with them for our wedding, but ended up not having a grooms cake at all and we still had leftover. Don't let them talk you into a large grooms cake that will be $600 and less than half eaten!

I had the A&M seal on a round cake from Texas Star Bakery. I think there is a picture of it on their website.
