Need help from the Fort Worthians on here...

I'm a military reservist and am drilling this weekend at NAS Fort Worth. I'm looking for some cool spot in the area where I can catch the Cotton Bowl. Any good places?

Try Pourhouse on West 7th. Good bar, tons of TV's, good food, great location! Or Boomerjack's at Montogomery Plaza but Pourhouse would be my 1st choice.

Come on out to the stadium and tailgate with the Tarrant County A&M Club.

Or if you cant swing that I would suggest Pour House, Boomerjacks, Fox and Hound, Buffalo Brothers, or Paddy Red's.

Pour house is terrible, terrible service, full of d bags, no tap beer, cold food. Don't go there.

Boomer Jacks is a fun place. Great bar, good
drinks.

Fox is huge with huge tvs. Probably no drink specials, but its right in downtown which will be swarming with ags...especially after the
game. So the environment will be awesome, hopefully. Plus parking is free at the garages by the movie theater. Then you can bar hop around downtown.

The Rooster on West 7th. Better than average bar food and great drink specials.

Parking is free throughout downtown (meters and most garages) after 5pm during the week and all weekends!
