Our new home has a Sentricon termite baiting system as well as (i can't remember what it is called) a hose system throughout the walls for the delivery of pesticides in the home.

Does anyone have any recommendations in the Allen area for companies that can monitor these already installed systems?

Since the systems are already in place, what type of yearly cost should I expect for the termite monitoring and pesticide line system?
