Anybody familiar with this neighborhood? I know that there is a thread about Woodbridge, but I did not want to derail. I am looking to move a little further West between Campbell and Renner with the park to the East. TIA

Which neighborhood specifically? Heather Ridge, Mackenzie Meadows, Firewheel? Are you wanting to stay to the east of North Star/Garland Rd?

Generally the homes were built in the late '90s - early '00s. A few that are newer than that. Average about $100 per square foot. Good Plano schools but as you get closer to Campbell you enter Garland.
