If I were to commmute from near Brock to north Fort Worth (35W and 820), what would traffic be like (working 8 to 5)? Google Maps says its 48 miles and takes me through Weatherford, White Settlement and Lake Worth. Am I looking at closer to 45 minutes or an hour and a half? It would only be for five days. Thanks.

The commute isn't that bad other than the beginning and end. The only traffic on that route would be in Weatherford and at 35 and 820...barring any accidents.

Thanks. It could save me $400 to stay out there for one week. It sounds like its worth it.

For $400 I'd do it for a week. There is some construction going on out in Weatherford on I-20 right now but I don't think it would slow you down any.

I think 35/820 would be the only slow spot.

Traffic won't be bad at all other than right at 820/35, but you are going to hit that no matter which way you are coming from. Coming from the west is probably the best way to hit that intersection.

Getting to Brock won't be bad. Weatherford's biggest traffic problem is going east on 20 during the afternoon/evening due to construction. Going east in the morning is not a problem, because they don't start closing lanes until 10 am.
