Based on what I can tell it looks like this new toll road is anticipated to reach from downtown Fort Worth to the Highway 67 loop around Cleburne.
My recollection of the limited toll roads I have driven is that once you are on them, then they are kinda like a interstate in that there is no red lights, stop signs, etc. Has anybody heard if this new road will be like this? Any ideas of the cost to access the road? Sorry if this question is dumb, but I never use toll roads and am not familiar with the costs associated.
Also, has anybody seen how many lanes they are anticipated to construct? I thought I read somewhere that the Southwest Pkwy portion would be 6 lanes but the Chisholm Pkwy portion would just be 2 lanes.
It seems like this new road could be a real game changer for opening up new locations to live and commute to Fort Worth for work.
Thanks in advance for any input.
