I went to Caseys the first time and was not happy with the service so I'm looking elsewhere.

Richardson Saw and Lawnmower on Central Expressway at Spring Valley is very good....... unless you have a really expensive lawnmower, it may be cheaper to buy a new one.........

What are the issues?

I took it to Caseys 2 months ago to have the pull cord fixed and the blade sharpened. They decided to do a full tune-up even though I had just done that.

Ever since then it has run very sluggish and recently started dying (would only run on choke). I took it back to Caseys yesterday and had to pay another $50 to have them clean out the carb (again).

It's a Honda HR214
