unless you are going to fight your way to stageside, get balcony. there's not a bad seat in that place, and the first 4-5 rows of the balcony are right on top of the performer. great venue.
I bought tickets last Feb to a concert in July before the building was even done. I just happened to buy them the day they went on sale. I ended up getting front row and the center two seats in the balcony. I must admit that it was pretty awesome.
I've seen shows in the GA as well and generally it was good as well.
