I have an area of trees that have suddenly died out. Dead trees include live oaks, post oaks, red oaks, and cedar elms in an area of maintained Zoysia grass. No visible stress to the grass. The arborist I use says there's no sign of oak wilt or pests and guesses herbicide or chemical damage. I need someone to test the soil (and/or trees) to see if they can figure out what is killing them.
I have contacted Showplace Lawns through their website with no response. I have also tried TRI Environmental and they referred me to MLA Geotechnical. I left a voicemail for MLA, but their website leads me to believe tree issues may not be their area of expertise.
Anyone have suggestions for tree and/or soil testing companies for the Dripping Springs area?
