does anybody have a recommendation for a reasonably priced surveyor? The folks I tried to hire at Premier surveying were terrible so I canceled the survey, and I'm looking for someone to do topo and trees. Would appreciate any recommendations.

I'm an RPLS in San Antonio but we have an Austin office.

What's the size of your lot and time frame?

Also, what's your definition of "reasonably priced"? I understand doing your due diligence but there are some folks out there that live in fantasy land and balk when they don't get 1985 pricing

Thanks everyone for help and suggestions. Ended up using the surveyor that the builder wanted. There was concern that if the surveyor was not prompt for the subsequent forms survey it would end up costing more in the long run. Using ATS.
