But I'm not sure what price you might have in mind. These guys are organized, timely, clean up after themselves and don't treat your property like a waste site. Patrick runs a tight ship.

To give you some reference: our 2 story 2400 ft home with siding and a 150 ft casita with a bunch of rot that needed to be replaced was right around $10,000 including Benjamin Moore Regal. This included 2 french doors, an entry door (with major patching/repairs) and a rear door.

Could I have found a "group of guys" to paint it for $7500 and do all of the other work? Ehhh maybe but I made this mistake with the interior and wish I would have used Tex (or at least gotten a quote).
