Anytime is a good time to start a fitness challenge. And what better group to keep you motivated and accountable than your TexAgs community! I'll be your coach through the 45 day challenge and as you can see, my wife Kelly will be on here with us. Work this by yourself or as a couple - we've got you covered with coaching!

Start date is Sept 10. We'll work out daily for 21 days and then take 3 days off. Then it's another 21 days after that for a total of 45 days. Each of your workouts will be around 30-35 minutes which is done on your own time.

Kelly and I will be posting daily in the Health & Fitness forum in our discussion thread for us to talk about the workouts, share our wins and challenges.
