I'm renting out a room in my townhome in west oak hill. Rent is flat $800, ABP, (includes water, trash, electricity, gas, cable, WiFi, washer/dryer). The room is furnished with a queen bed and television and has a private bathroom. The community has access to a pool and is located in 78749 with running trails, bike lanes, bus routes, close to gyms and quick access to Mopac.
The townhome gets lots of natural light and has a small yard with deck. The house is quiet for the most part and common areas are always kept neat and clean. House is fully furnished with little room for additional storage. The main qualities I am looking for in a renter is someone whom is trustworthy, clean, responsible, respectful of others, friendly and an all around drama-free individual.
I am an easy going female professional with an 8-5 job. I have a dog and 2 cats so any potential renter must be ok with pets. Lease is month-to-month (but looking for someone to rent about 4 months), $300 refundable deposit, background check (paid).
