I'm looking to have a screened in porch built off the back off my house where our small deck is currently. I'd like to remove it, pour a slab and have a new, simple roof built over it.
Does anyone have any recommendations for people that can do this and wouldn't cost me a fortune to do it? I'm not looking for anything too fancy.

Under 10k. I have a simple metal roof over the deck now, something similar would be perfect and i don't want anything fancy. Just a slab, posts, roof and screen. Somewhere I can actually sit and not be eaten alive by mosquitos!

Have you thought about doing it yourself? Doesn't seem too difficult. You may have to rent a few things (concrete mixer for the concrete, etc).

The project and budget is too small that you may not get too many contractors (if any!) to be interested. Unless you want to just hire hourly guys to do it for you while you supervise. That's the route I would go if I don't do it myself.
