A friend of ours is having the grand opening today for his Gigi's Cupcakes franchise in Cedar Park.  It's in the 1890 Ranch Shopping Center at the corner of 183A and 1431 next to the AT&T store.  Their cupcakes are delicious little works of art!  If you stop by today and register for their free rewards program, you are entered to win a new iPad2!
