Does anyone know what is going to happen at the Culpepper Plaza on Texas and Harvey Road? I heard that Kohl's was going into the old Appletree - but learned otherwise on TexAgs...so does anyone know if anything is going in there? Thanks!

No, you didn't learn otherwise. The other threads have said that Kohl's is not going in at Gateway and the last plans we've all heard of show that Kohls is the anchor store for Culpepper.
not sure what is going in there..but it is supposed to be renovated soon

Im just sad that Eckards and Appletree moved out of there, when I came to college, it was really nice having those right down the street. Of course the HEB that is basically across the street is nice, but yeah ..

Randy, it's under a massive reconstruction plan. Kohl's being the new anchor is one start. Remodelling the facade is another major overhaul on the plaza.
Swenson's vacant location is already a new (and quite fabulous) restaurant.

Redevelopment plans are underway. I know this property went in front of the Planning and Zoning Commission last night
