Each of the girls, who were between the ages of 15 and 16, said they undressed willingly. They also said Grauke was aware of their ages and, in at least one instance, encouraged one of the teens to "show more skin."

One of my best friends had used him as an architect within the last year. No wonder he has had some issues in building his home-sounds like the guy was not focused on his work. My friend is just disgusted and sick about hearing of this. He had him over to his house for dinner and he has two small children too. His wife flipped out when she found out about this. He is an Ag grad too although that kind of life form does not register as an Ag in my book. Hope the guy rots in jail. Hey if you want to be a sex perv get someone your own age, when you involve kids and teenagers you are the lowest form of human existence. I hope they do not cut the guy any slack on this and nail him to the wall!!!!

Sorry, it just bothers me that he was so close to my friends kids, makes you wonder about his motives!! I may have over reacted above but the guy is a sicko!!

Good work by the authorities. Would not have thought that an architectural services company would be one of the undesirable businesses that need to leave downtown Bryan to help the redevlopment effort, but it looks that way now. I think this place is right at North Main and WJ Bryan Parkway.

Maybe I read this wrong, but didn't it say CSPD was tipped off about the case? That should give a point to CSPD, not BPD.

Never said CSPD were tipped off...just said Police. CSPD probably would have just said, "ok"...and as long as the noise level was below 85 dB...ignored it.

Err on the Eagle, CSPD would not be able to search anything in Bryan.

TR just so you know if we get a tip of a criminal offense, we can get a search warrant for the location. Our SIU gets drug search warrants for out in the county and in Bryan all the time.

Just to end the debate, Grauke was arrested by CSPD Detectives. Without going into the details of the case, elements of the crime were discovered in CS, therefore, CSPD was the investigating agency. CSPD Detectives started the investigation, obtained the search warrant, and made the arrest. Really hate to see here that people take the time to bash CSPD for putting a pedophile in jail.
And just in case you are wondering how I know, it is because I worked in the CSPD next to the man who put that "person" in jail.

i guess sometimes dogs playing poker just isn't enough. poor guy just can't seem to recognize the greatness in the classic portrait.

They are the same guys. Patrol officers before detectives, some as recent as a few months ago. Would still write you a ticket if your were breaking the law. You show your ignorance and sound like a fool.

what? are they the same or not? If they had to buy their way to being a detective by issuing MIPs PIs and NVs, then they are no longer the same guys since there is a new set of College Station Party Detectives.

if he were 20 and a student, the same party would have been busted by the cops while it was happening. they would not have needed the tips.

99, they didn't bust it in the line of normal police work.

again, if the guy was a student they would have caught him in the act. but i'm sure there were much more dangerous gatherings of 3-6 people playing cards somewhere.

Holy Crap...I believe that guy worked for Arkitex Studio for a pretty good while. I did a few projects with that firm.
