What kind of breakfast we talking.
We have an explosion of brunch chains the last several years. Snooze, Another Broken Egg, Toasted Yolk, First Watch, Sweet Paris
A local brunch spot is Stella Southern Cafe.
We have like 15 good breakfast taco joints. My two favorites are Jesse's if you're in Bryan, Mi Familia if you're in South College Station. I've recently gotten into Mojo Tortilla which is near the southwood valley Wings N More. Fuego obviously if you're near campus.

Mojo Tortilla Co. (high 6 and Texas) if you want to stay in College Station. Good breakfast tacos served all day.

It may not be too crazy Saturday morning since an evening game. Although maybe OP is asking about Sunday morning.
I'd still think parking would be a total cluster over there.

I think Another Broken Egg has the highest batting average. Every time you go in there you're getting something good. But every now and then Snooze has a season menu item or something that's just absolutely on another level.

Gate 12 has a nice brunch on Sunday. You can make a reservation as well.

Best tacos in town are Wellborn Grocery. Hands down.
Tienda Mi Ranchito used to be up there too, but I haven't been in a few years because I don't get that far north very often anymore.

Another Broken Egg is good and consistent. Thats our go to.
If you go to one of the above referenced breakfast restaurants on a game weekend, allocate about 3 hours of time for the wait plus your meal.
If you are looking for a Sunday brunch, there are two under-rated options depending on if you are heading north or south. If you are heading south, Tad's has some great non-traditional breakfast options (I love their catfish breakfast), and if you are heading north, Messina Hof is an epicurian choice that is surprisingly affordable.

Mojo taco has soared to #1 on my list of breakfast tacos.
La familia (was at chevron at Barron and now where Taco casa used to be on fitch) was top the list but they have been subpar lately . Friendly staff and they are always busy but seems the tacos have gotten smaller in size , last time eggs dried out ..tasted like been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 days, tortillas not fresh at all, and I hate they mix bacon crumbles in the eggs when you want bacon and have to specifically ask for bacon strips . (And they are the only la famila location that does that) and my order was wrong.
The la familia in downtown Bryan across from health dept imo is their best location as far as breakfast tacos . Service not quite as friendly as Fitch location but their breakfast tacos are better. Bigger and fresh everytime and their green sauce is consistent.
I haven't gone as much since they moved so that sucks to hear but their barbacoa was only behind Jesse's for best in town for me.
I just had a breakfast taco from La Familia in South CS yesterday. It was delicious as always. Fresh tortilla, full strip of bacon, eggs were cooked perfectly. I love their medium salsa.
The best brunch is at Casa Mangiare. It's Sunday only and not cheap but very good.

We moved back to DFW in 2022. I miss my football Saturday mornings with Coco Loco and their green sauce.
