I checked coming and going and could not find any info, so I am posting to the forum.

Does anyone know about several construction sites on Leonard Rd between 2818 and 47?

1) The clearing that's stalled near the Aggieland Shelter. It looks abandoned for about a year now.
2) The fenced-in area between the RV Park and the soccer field. Looks like a battery bank.
3) Next to the BTU substation road. Apts maybe?

(1) was to be a series of storage units...but funding must have fallen through
(2) I "think" it's secured storage, modular units
(3) is a combo RV storage/store (upfront), RV park in the back
