I had a place lined up before I left a few months ago but that has fallen through as they are going to use as AirBnB for another year or two. I was hoping to find a small one bedroom garage conversion or attached/detached mother in law suite

Older so don't want to live in student area if possible.

Any of those type places available before I find an apartment ?? Looking to minimize my lifestyle
