Best Buy Outlet in Houston. They deliver. We got a new kitchenaid with one scratch on the side for 1400. Normally over 3k.

I bought from Buddy's and paid more money because of their reputation for quality customer service. Let's just say I won't do that again.

Just bought a washer and dryer from Appliance Outfitters to replace ones that went out. So far so good and got a good deal on a new set with some scratch and dents.
Just make sure to do a good inspection before you buy. We found a little more damage than we anticipated after the initial viewing. But it's a laundry room, so who is really gonna see it?

Online through costco, Free installation, free removal, generous warranty. Just limited selection.

Recently bought several appliances from Lowe's and it's been good each time.
If by chance you are a veteran (or active - guard -reserve etc.) (even if not retired) - log into AFFES - https://www.shopmyexchange.com/
Then click on the big Home Depot banner. It will take you the home depot website embedded inside the exchanges webpage. basically everything at Home Depot is 10% off and no sales tax. Shipping is fast and free. When you go to checkout - you pay AAFES with your debit card but also get a home depot receipt showing the items were paid.
The no sales tax part, coupled with 10% off, really adds up on big purchases. They don't do store pickup but i have had things overnighted by default and was very surprised because they weren't expensive items.

Have found Best Buy usually has the best prices on recent appliance purchases. We recently bought a washer and dryer from Lowe's because my wife liked the salesman. They matched Best Buy's price. We haven't had any issues with delivery or hookup from either.

Ooo i forgot-if you pay for a best buy membership, they will price match your item for like 90 days I think. Most of their appliances and large items go on sale typically once every 90 or so days. So if you dont catch it on sale, you can get them to refund the difference when it does (or if another store sells it for less inthat time frame)

If you don't mind the drive, Lowe's has an outlet in Houston. I know a few people that have bought "damaged" or returned stuff there and it was really marked down.
You have to go to the store to see the inventory, but they said it was worth the savings.
