Anyone familiar with this auto repair shop? Good, bad . . . any opinions or experience?

If you don't mind me asking, what are you looking to have done? I don't have experience with this shop, but could suggest others to widen your options.

A few friends with higher end cars swear by it.

We used to always take our cars there. Still would I suppose but it's opposite side of town(s) from us and i've had minor work done successfully at some places closer to us the last couple years.

When they were smaller there was no place better. Phil's a great guy. When they got bigger (and much busier) seemed like there were delays from time to time on getting stuff done and maybe the volume was hurting them a little.

I still would trust them to work on any of my family's vehicles.

My personal experience has been good. They've worked on 3 different cars for me over the years and I've always been pleased. Never felt pressured to do unnecessary work or that I overpaid.

Thanks for the replies. I'll give them a shot. Need to have an AC condenser replaced on a Toyota Venza and they are relatively close to the house.
