Anyone know a good brush clearing company? The house is in Williams Creek and the property line with one of the neighbors has become heavily overgrown.

It only a strip of brush about 30ish yard long and maybe 15 feet wide. I'd like to leave as many of the trees as possible but take out all the undergrowth.

I'd simply try some local landscapers

I doubt a clearing or land services company will take on something that small, as their smallest equipment is usually a skid steer mounted mulcher.

We used Monster Tree Service fairly recently and part of what they did was clear some underbrush growth in an area of our property. Left the trees healthy and trimmed.

I agree with using a tree service company for something that size.

Or a one man shop with a skid steer.

I don't want to speak for Dale at D4 but having used him and know him, I can't see him being interested in that. He stays pretty busy with bigger stuff.

At least when I last talked to him earlier this year. He's damn good though.

My only other suggestion might be call Blue Ribbon Rentals as they work with some folks that are a one man shop with skid steers and related attachments. They might know of someone who might be interested and reasonable for what should be a one day job.
