I need to replace a gate on the side of the house. But first, I need some dirt moved. After 50 years existing, the yard level on that side of the house built up to be even or higher than the brick ledge of the foundation.
To resolve that, I need 2-6" of compacted yard soil removed over a 7' x ~40' section. There is minimal vegetation, no trees, and the dirt can remain onsite to fill a low spot of similar size in the front and side yards. The gas meter is also in that side yard reducing the effective width to ~5', but it may be accessible to small excavating equipment still. A riding lawnmower fits through the space with ease.
Who does something like that?
Once that is complete, I also need to have built a half partition to hide the trash bin and a really good, overengineered ~6' gate with 8' of fence replaced.
Does anyone tackle both of those together? Or am I looking for two different people?
