My parents are moving into a new build in the Greenbrier subdivision of 1179. Does anyone live there and suggest any options for internet other than Optimum?

Metronet is general ahead of frontier in bryan and they have a service locator where you enter the address. Brazos wifi has fiber further down 1179 in steep hollow area.
