Yes, would love to see the COCS city council investigate the behavior of our City Manager in the Macy's deal
Interesting, especially seeing some of the parallels with CoCS. I'm glad the council took a step back. If your constituents are seemingly overwhelmingly opposed to something, it should at least be reason to reevaluate.
It seems as if city managers and school superintendents just float from area to area leaving failure in their wake.
