I have had a bag sitting in my garage for quite some time now. I don't think it's ever been wet, but I do think it has somewhat hardened or maybe just compacted really good over time. Anyhow, I had set it by the curb one time on bulk trash day and they didn't take it. So I am unsure what to do with it

Also, I have a half bag of 3 different fertilizers I need to get rid of

Interwebs says to mix it up with water, let it harden and throw in the trash.

I keep mine up in the attic. Maybe try putting it there.

Grout is essentially cement. So dispose of it as you would cement.

If it can be sold, and not hazardous, Habitat would take it. Use good judgment.
Example, if you walked in the store and saw X, could you see yourself or someone else buying it. Or, if you donate, is it garbage?
