Looking for someone that can come in and touch up the paint in my house but more importantly caulk up some cracks showing in trim due to settling . It's probably a 5-6 hour job at most but the ceilings are a little high and have some weird angles as far as accessibility.

Anyone got recs for someone local that will do a good job and willing to take a job that isn't huge job?

We've used Guaranteed Painting for this in the past. Inside and outside work. Herb sold 2? Years ago but new owner seems to have same the same work ethic.
